How we help you keep your home
You may be wondering what our service involves and we're always happy to explain anything along the way, so that you fully understand the process involved.
As soon as we receive your application, we'll take you through a series of five easy steps as follows:
Step One: We'll ask you a number of questions so that we can appraise your case. This usually takes no more than 3 or 4 minutes and we'll then know how best to help you.
Step Two: We'll ask you to gather some information to help us deal with your matter. Don't worry if this seems daunting or if you don't have what we need at hand. Most of the information we'll need from you can usually be obtained within a few hours of asking for it.
Step Three: When we've received your documentation and confirmed the figures, we'll then make our recommendations to you. Initially this will be done verbally so that you're not kept waiting and then we'll confirm our recommendations to you in writing.
Step Four: After this, it's mostly in our hands and we contact our specialist partners, such as solicitors, surveyors and lenders. At the same time, we contact the court and lender who is repossessing you to let them know that we're acting on your behalf. We also ask them both to suspend any further legal action.
Step Five: Following a survey of your property and completion of a new advance: you'll now be on the road to recovery!
